Manufacturers Warranty Information
The brands we carry rarely need warranty service. Occasionally however a select
batch of products may contain defects due the manufacturing process. If you
lose your receipt and your purchased your sunglasses from us, we will cheerfully
send you a duplicate. We cannot supply receipts for products not purchased from
us. Simply drop us an email with the details or call. We'll contact you if we
have difficulty finding the receipt using the information provided. All of the
companies require a receipt from an authorized retailer for warranty service..
The most common defects you are likely to encounter are: Hinges come loose
from frame, frames crack at the bridge nose pad cracks or falls off, polarized
lens delamination, mirrored finish coming off plastic lenses (be careful how
you clean them).
No manufacturers warranty against scratches. All sunglasses will scratch if
abused. We carefully inspect all sunglasses when we receive them AND prior to
shipping them for a variety of known problem areas.
All warranty claims are handled directly with the manufacturer. Contact them
for the quickest and best repair service available using Genuine parts. Following

Maui Jim Sunglasses 888-628-4546
Are warranted to the original purchaser for one full year from the date of purchase against any defect in materials and workmanship. Maui Jim will repair or replace, at our option, any pair of Maui Jim Sunglasses found to be defective - exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use.
This warranty does not apply to normal wear, including lens scratching or accidental breakage. This warranty does not cover shipping cost. The repair will generally be completed within five days and returned via US Priority Mail. Any sunglasses returned during the warranty period must be accompanied by the following:
- Original proof of purchase is required. Include a dated copy of the original sales receipt with your returned sunglasses.
- $8.95(U.S. Dollars) for return shipping & handling (international charges will vary).
- A brief note indicating how your sunglasses broke.
- Include your name, phone number, and address in the event that we need to contact you. There may be additional charges if your repair is not covered by Maui Jim's warranty.

Gargoyles Limited Warranty and Repair Information
Your GARGOYLES, INC. warrants its eyewear and replacement lenses to be free
from any and all defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1)
year from the date of purchase. Upon receipt and inspection, GARGOYLES INC,
will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any eyewear returned during
the warranty period subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Original proof of purchase is required for this warranty to apply. Original
proof of purchase consists of including a dated copy of the original sales receipt
with your returned eyewear.
2. A check or money order for $10.00 to cover shipping and handling must accompany
your returned eyewear
3. This warranty does not apply to normal wear, including lens scratches, or
to any defect or non-conformity caused by improper or unreasonable use, as determined
by GARGOYLES, INC.
4.This warranty does not include any replacement lenses prepared by other for
individual use and comfort. GARGOYLES,INC. makes no warranties other than the
warranties described above.
The GARGOYLES, INC. warranty gives you specific legal rights. You also may

GARGOYLES REPAIR service
Gargoyles offers a repair service for eyewear damaged by accidental breakage
(accidental breakage is not covered by the Limited Warranty) and eyewear for
which the Limited Warranty has expired.
For a nominal fee, Gargoyles will replace damaged lenses, frames or parts. for
current repair information, call 800-426-6396, and select "Warranty Repair
or Replacement" from the voice-menu.

SPY 1-800-779-3937
SPY provides a one-year warranty from the date of purchase to replace or repair
any frame or lens which is deemed a manufacturer's defect. Scratched lenses,
as a result of normal use, are not covered by this warranty. SPY does, however,
offer a complete repair and replacement service for items not covered under
warranty. For warranty or repair service, please follow these easy steps: --Call
SPY at 800-779-3937 to first acquire a Return Authorization number (RA#). --Write
the RA# on the outside of your package and send your SPY sunglasses with Proof
of Purchase to: SPYLAB 2070 Las Palmas Dr. Carlsbad, CA 92009 --For your protection,
please ship your SPY sunglasses via a traceable shipping method (UPS or insured
mail), as we can only be responsible for what we actually receive. --Please
package the glasses in a box with adequate padding material to protect against
movement and impact during shipping.

Bolle
Limited Warranty
The limited warranty applies to customers who purchase Bolle products.
1. Bolle sunglasses and ski goggles are warranted by Bolle America, Inc. for
one year from date of purchase against defects in materials and/or workmanship.
Bolle America will replace or repair at our option, free of charge with proof
of purchase any Bolle sunglasses or ski goggles found to be defective during
the warranty period.
2. For this warranty to apply, purchase must have been made in the United States
from an authorized Bolle dealer and proof of purchase is required. Only authentic
Bolle products will be warrantied, this warranty shall not apply to any defect
or damage caused by improper or unreasonable use of this product. Bolle lenses
are not warrantied against scratching. Bolle Ski Goggle lenses and Acrylex sunglass
lenses are not unbreakable and are not designed to withstand severe impact.
They are designed to provide protection against solar radiation, wind and snow
only.
3. All warranties that are implied by law are also limited for one (1) year
from the date of purchase.
Some states do not allow limitations in how long an implied warranty lasts
or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental damages, so the above
limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other
rights which vary from state to state.

Consumers may send damaged or defective products with proof of purchase from

For those people unable to take advantage of the Bolle Limited Warranty. Bolle
America will repair damage to its sunglasses caused by accidental breakage and/or
normal use, after our inspection at our place of business. Upon your approval,
we will repair damaged sunglasses at cost of $25.00-$40.00, which includes labor,
parts and shipping charges. Bolle America will attempt to repair all sunglasses
within 10 working days. Depending on parts availability, it may at times take
longer to complete the necessary repairs, In the event the sunglasses are damaged
beyond repair, you will be contacted and giving the opportunity to purchase
a replacement pair from Bolle at a preferred customer price.
Important: please provide a daytime telephone number. This will speed up the
repair process should we need to contact you.
We also accept MasterCard and Visa. Please provide your card name, account
number and expiration date if you would like your credit card charged.

exceeds the highest standard of the international optical industry. We unconditionally
warrant our frames and lenses to be free of all original defects of material
or workmanship. H2Optix will replace or repair, free of charge, any H2Optix
sunglasses proving to be defective after our receipt and inspection.
B. For this warranty to apply, proof of purchase is required.
C. This warranty shall not apply to any defect or non-conformity caused by
the improper or unreasonable use of the product. There are no express warranties
other than those set forth above.
D. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other
rights which vary from state to state.
E. There is a shipping and handling charge of $5.00 (U.S.) for products replaced
or repaired under warranty.
F. Our H2Optix optical repair laboratories are able to refurbish or reconstruct

Serengeti
Serengeti Eyewear Inc. warrants to the consumer that for one year from the
date of purchase it will replace or repair at its option any sunglass product
that is defective in materials or workmanship. For service under this warranty
please call 1-800-525-4001.
This warranty does not apply to products that have been lost altered broken
or damaged by misuse or failure to follow instructions provided with the product.
Serengeti Eyewear Inc. does not warrant against normal wear including lens scratching
or accidental frame breakage.
For this warranty to apply proof of purchase is required. Defective products
must be returned to Serengeti Eyewear for repair or replacement. In case of
accidental damage not covered by warranty a replacement parts program is available
for most Serengeti Eyewear products.

CAUTION: Do not wear for night driving for impact sports or use as safety glasses.
Other lenses and frames may provide greater protection. Serengeti sunglasses
exceed ANSI Z 80.3 special-purpose UV requirements. Special-purpose sunglasses
must block out at least 99% UVB and 60% UVA rays. These lenses block 100% UVB
and are least 98.5% UVA rays. Lenses meet Conn SGST40 and FDA impact requirements
but are NOT SHATTERPROOF or a substitute for safety eyewear.

WHAT IS SMITH'S WARRANTY AND REPAIR POLICY?
Your Smith sunglasses and goggles are warranted against manufacturing defects
(as determined by Smith Sport Optics, Inc.) for one year from the date of purchase
from an authorized dealer. Smith will replace or repair, at our discretion,
any product proving to be defective. This warranty does not apply to damages
cased by misuse of the product, lack of reasonable care, user caused scratches
to lenses, accidents of loss of the product. If you believe your eyewear is
defective or if you wish to have them repaired, please return them directly

will be made to return your eyewear within four to six weeks. International
