The purpose of this statement is to

A Site Visit--
We currently log all standard information
including IP address, time of visit, referring page information if available
and agent information normally including the Type of Browser being used
and the Operating system being used. A status code is generated (304)
that indicated that item requested is already in your browser cache.

How we use this information:
We use specialized log analysis software
that compiles the information from the log entries above and provides
us with the most popular information requested and retrieved. This information
is compiled in the aggregate and used to help make improvements to the
site and our offerings. This software also produces and error report to
help us maintain the site and prevent broken links and missing images
and helps determine the most popular paths through the site.
Cookies
At present, we do not use cookies
on our server. We are likely to implement cookies in the future. We use
Mercanctec's state track technology to keep individual shopping sessions
separate. When we do implement cookies, it will be to provide customers
the option of saving the information necessary to complete a tranaction
without having to re-enter data. We do not carry third party advertising,
another source of cookies, often set on third party servers.
Order information:
We collect information for the purposes
of consummating a sale. We do use this information internally and do not
sell or rent the information to third parties. This information is collected
via secure encrypted order form and stored outside the web server hierarchy
for retrieval. We do not sell or share this information with third parties.
Security
Our site is registered by Certificate
Authority Geocerts. You can verify the status of our certification
by clicking on the small padlock in your browser when in secure mode (lock
closed) and right clicking. A box will pop up with the Issue and expiration
date. This Third Party verification along with the Secure Sockets Layer
provides the ability to encrpyt information for transport over the internet.
A secure session has the following characteristics: the Url has HTTPS
instead of HTTP in the URL. Another equally effective way to invoke a
SSL session is to use HTTP://domain/url.htm:443 This establishes
a session on the secure port #443.
