US Postal Service is our preferred carrier. All shipments are signature required. We try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible as we know this is important to you.

How do I track my order?

Depending on the method of shipping you choose, when we ship your goods you will receive an email containing a link direct to our carriers tracking information with a tracking number Alternatively tracking information is available by logging into your account.

If you have received a tracking number from us you can track your parcel using the following links: Please note that only Express Mail & FedEx provides a tracking number, Priority Mail is a date of delivery only number.

How much does it cost to ship?

Shipping. US Postal Service with Signature/Delivery Confirmation is our default shipping method. Please note that Signature/Delivery Confirmation is not a "tracking number", but a confirmation that the item was delivered to your mailing address. If you required a tracking number, please use FedEx.

• $26.99 Standard Overnight. Not available to some area's at this price. Extended Delivery area's will have a priority overnight surcharge. We will call if this applies to your overnight order.

• All shipments are shipped insured. A tracking number/shipping confirmation notice/number is provided.

• FREE! APO's and FPO's are shipped Priority Mail. We currently offer FREE shipping on APO shipments over $49.00. Thanks to our troops for your serving our country.

• $25.00 Global Priority Mail. Signature Required on Delivery. Generally delivery times have been ranging from 2 weeks to 4 weeks. We do not ship FedEx,DHL or UPS for international orders.
• We are based in Florida so if your ordering from Florida or you ship to Florida, Florida sales tax of 6% will be charged, you will be notified during the checkout process of the amount. On international orders, you are responsible for any Customs, Import Duties, VAT or GST taxies levied by your taxing country or district. Contact your tax authorities to find out the costs of importing. Do not order if you are not aware the total cost of delivery. Orders abandoned at customs or failure to pay any import duties or taxes are not eligible for refund.

When will I receive my order

All "In Stock" orders are processed and shipped the same day if received by 11:00pm EST. Postal shipments ship the next working day if order is placed on a federal holiday. Most orders using free postal delivery are delivered within 1 week. If the item you have ordered is out of stock you will be informed phone or email immediately with the expected delivery date.

Do you offer Next Day Shipping?

If you need something in a hurry we can also offer a next day delivery service on orders placed before 3pm. Simply select the correct shipping option at checkout from the drop down list for delivery options or Please call us to place your order.

When will my order be delivered?

Deliveries can be made to your requested shipping address during normal working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm except public holidays. When calculating delivery times, do not include the day of shipping or weekends except on Express Mail 1-2 day shipments . Express Mail 1-2 day shipments orders placed on Friday are normally delivered within 1-2 days if ordered by 1:00pm.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We only ship to the US, Internationally to Listed Countries at checkout, including Alaska and Hawaii all our shipments are sent via USPS or FedEx.
