What if my eyewear is defective?

We Triple Inspect eyewear before shipping. Its unlikley you will receive defective eyewear, Sometimes a problem can develop during shipping or have conditions not observable via normal inspections. If you find a defect, call for a return authorization number. Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted. Please check the bottom of your sales receipt for complete instructions

Your can call for a returns number at(888)-220-7751. Returns sent back in a padded envelopes will be delivery refused. Please pack the return item carefully in protective corrugated box. Soft packaging will allow eyewear to be damaged in shipping, making the item no longer eligible for return.


How do I make a return or Exchange?

Please send your faulty product or an item to wish to exchange to the address below. Please include a covering note with your name, address and order number. Please explain the action you would like us to take.If we made an error of course there will be no charge, call us we will send you a return label.
You must write your RMA number on the outside of the box that recieved from our customer service rep whe you called.

Please note : If you send a product back for an exchange, we will charge you a nominal fee. for shipping the new product back to you.

Returns / Exchanges Procedure:
  • You must call for a return authorization number. Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted.
  • When you have a Return Authorization Number Simply return the goods to us via an insured and traceable carrier.
  • Carefully package the items(s) including all packaging and enclosures. Clearly mark you Returns Authorization Number on the front of the package in large letters.
  • Upon receipt of the return we will cheerfully refund your money via check or credit to your credit card if paid by credit card. If you received free shipping at the time of order we will deduct the actual cost of the shipping from the credit amount issued.
  • Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed and credit posted to you credit card account.

Is it easy to get a refund?

We offer a 30 day return policy.

Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item

Please note:

The item returned must be in as new condition. Items returned without all original packing, including outer boxes, cases, warranty cards and neck straps are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

Absolutely no sunglasses returned that are not packed in an outer corrugated container will be accepted with or without an RMA number. The glasses may have been damaged in transit by the time they reach us and will not be eligible for return.

If you received an item or items and received free shipping and return 1 or all of the items, we will charge you for the initial shipment at the current rate in effect at the time of the receipt of the return.

We carefully inspect each item with a 3 stage process prior to shipment. Any shortages or damaged shipments must be reported within 4 working days.
