Is Ordering easy?
We hope so we have done everything we can to try and ensure
an easy path to ordering products. If there is something you don't understand
or you feel could have been better then please contact us and let us know.
How can I cancel an order?
An order can be cancelled at any time, if the order
is cancelled before we it is shipped it then we will simply refund the card
immediately. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for your credit to show on your account.
If the goods have been shipped then we will be refund your item/s
once they are returned to us.
Does My Order Include sales tax
We are based in Florida so if your ordering from Florida or you ship to Florida,
Florida sales tax will be charged, you will be notified during the checkout process of the amount. On international orders, you are responsible for
any Customs, Import Duties, VAT or GST taxies levied by your taxing country or district. Do not order if you are not aware the total cost of delivery.
Orders abandoned at customs or failure to pay any import duties or taxes are not eligible for refund, unless the product is returned to us.
Will I get a confirmation of my order?
Yes you will be sent by email confirmation
that your order is being processed, please enter the correct email address when you place your order.
We will also send a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped, with a shipment confirmation number.
If your email bounces we may hold your order until we determine if the order was legitimate or not.
What Payment Methods do you accept?

Can I get a copy of my invoice?
Yes simply contact us
and we will email you a copy by return, it is that simple. Or you can log into your account and print out your own receipt.
Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?
Yes, during the checkout process, you will be given the option to enter an address
separate from your billing address so that you can have something shipped to
a business address for ease of receipt, or if it is gift simply to the recipients address.
We will contact you by phone for confirmation to avoid any potential unauthorized use of your credit card. We use third party verification of credit card information.
It's essential you provide the correct billing address at the time of order to minimize delays in processing and verification of your data.
All information is kept private and confidential. We do not store credit card information on our servers so your card data is not at risk through a purchase made through us.
International orders being shipped to an address other than the billing address, will experience delays while we contact your bank We may request additional information to help verify cardholder information.
Failure to provide additional information if requested will result in cancellation of the international order. Our goal is to accommodate ALL legitimate orders, and report all fraudulent orders to the relevent authorities..
