Please make sure you included a non-refundable processing fee of $12.50 with your sunglasses and
your name, return address, and a brief description of the defect or damage.
If the sunglasses are returned within the warranty period, and Ray-Ban finds that the breakage
was due to a defect in materials or workmanship, the sunglasses will be repaired or replaced at Ray-Bans
option and returned to the sender.
As a courtesy to Ray-Bans valued customers, Ray-Ban provides a repair service for any product
not covered or past the warranty period. A repair charge will be assessed depending upon the style of your
returned product. Ray-Ban will notify you any charges and request payment prior to any repair.
