Repair Service
Costa Del Mar® provides a repair service for sunglasses
that are damaged by accident or misuse and are not covered under our
lifetime warranty against manufacture defects. For a nominal fee, and
if the parts are still in inventory, Costa Del Mar will repair or replace
scratched lenses, frames and other parts as required.
Lifetime Warranty
Costa Del Mar warrants these sunglasses against defects in materials or workmanship
for the lifetime of the product…not for a
year, but a lifetime.
Since eventual wear and tear can be expected, reasonable repair charges
will be levied if repairs are necessary as a result of normal wear,
scratched lenses, broken hinges, accidental damage, misuse or any other
problems not determined to be defective. Costa Del Mar will repair or
replace, at Their option, any product determined by Costa Del Mar to be
a manufacturer’s defect.
Prescription sunglasses are not covered under
this warranty.

Costa Del Mar handles every repair or warranty claim directly. In the
unlikely event that you should have a problem with your Costas, send

To insure accurate processing of your repair, please make sure that
your name and address are located on the outside of the package as well.
We recommend insuring your package against loss by the carrier and using
a carrier that provides traceability. Be sure to include your name,
complete shipping address, daytime phone number, and credit card number
for repairs not covered under warranty. Please allow 3 weeks for the
return of your repaired Costa Del Mar sunglasses.
If it is determined that your Costa Del Mar sunglasses are not covered
under warranty, you will be contacted by one of our customer service
representatives for repair pricing.
We are sorry, but Florida State Law does not allow Costa Del Mar to
repair prescription sunglasses. Please return your prescription sunglasses
to your dispensing optician with proof of purchase.
