Serengeti Warranty
Serengeti Eyewear Inc. warrants to the consumer that for one year from the date of purchase it will replace or repair at its option any sunglass product that is defective in materials or workmanship. For service under this warranty please call 1-800-525-4001.
This warranty does not apply to products that have been lost altered broken or damaged by misuse or failure to follow instructions provided with the product. Serengeti Eyewear Inc. does not warrant against normal wear including lens scratching or accidental frame breakage.
For this warranty to apply proof of purchase is required. Defective products must be returned to Serengeti Eyewear for repair or replacement. In case of accidental damage not covered by warranty a replacement parts program is available for most Serengeti Eyewear products.

CAUTION: Do not wear for night driving for impact sports or use as safety glasses. Other lenses and frames may provide greater protection. Serengeti sunglasses exceed ANSI Z 80.3 special-purpose UV requirements. Special-purpose sunglasses must block out at least 99% UVB and 60% UVA rays. These lenses block 100% UVB and are least 98.5% UVA rays. Lenses meet Conn SGST40 and FDA impact requirements but are NOT SHATTERPROOF or a substitute for safety eyewear.
